 Student Perform 4 Purpose Events:

We host events and provide performers for other fundraising events when requested.  At events hosted by Perform 4 Purpose, students get a chance to perform with professional musicians in a variety of genres.

Perform 4 Purpose Student Event Beneficiary Criteria:

ORGANIZATIONS:

          Perform 4 Purpose hosts 1-5 student performance events annually. At these events, students get a chance to perform alongside professional performers in various genres. Our Events Committee meets toward the end of each year to review applications, and choose organizations and individuals to become beneficiaries of a Perform 4 Purpose Student Event to be held in the coming year. The organizations chosen by the Events Committee will be awarded a grant based on the donations raised at the event held in their honor. Before filling out the application provided below, please read the information provided to make sure that you qualify for a Perform 4 Purpose grant.

Please note that your organization MUST meet ALL of the following criteria to be eligible for a grant from Perform 4 Purpose:

  • Support individuals or organizations in need in your community.
  • Be a 501(c)(3) Public Charity as recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service.
  • Provide a mission and vision statement that explains what your organization does.
  • Describe what program the grant will be used to fund, and how it will have a positive influence on the lives of others.
  • Provide evidence of the program’s long-term sustainability and success.

Perform 4 Purpose prioritizes funding for organizations that:

  • Provide support to children in any way including, but not limited to, education, food, clothing, shelter, or life-enriching activities.
  • Support artistic expression, especially with youth involvement.
  • Acquire immediate action or have time-sensitive cases.

INDIVIDUALS:

          Perform 4 Purpose hosts 1-5 student performance events annually. At these events, students get a chance to perform alongside professional performers in various genres. Our Events Committee meets toward the end of each year to review applications, and choose organizations and individuals to become beneficiaries of a Perform 4 Purpose Student Event to be held in the coming year. The individuals chosen by the Events Committee will be awarded a grant based on the donations raised at the event held in their honor. Before filling out the application provided below, please read the information provided to make sure that you qualify for a Perform 4 Purpose grant.

Please note that the individual MUST meet ALL of the following criteria to be eligible for a grant from Perform 4 Purpose:

  • Facing a life-altering event where assistance with expenses are needed, such as, but not limited to:
               -Challenges paying medical expenses after a serious illness
               -Displacement from home due to fire
  • Provide evidence of the challenges you are facing (i.e. documentation from doctor).
  • Describe what the grant will be used for.

Perform 4 Purpose prioritizes funding for individuals based on:

  • Immediacy of need
  • Extent of financial need
