Full and partial lesson scholarships are awarded on a quarterly basis. Scholarships are based on one lesson per week. Full lesson scholarships are $30 and partial lesson scholarships are $15. Please complete the following application to the fullest extent. Your application will be viewed by the Perform 4 Purpose Board of Directors at the next meeting following the submission of your application based on the schedule below. 

• January through March scholarship (application due December 1st, applications reviewed at December Board of Directors meeting).
• April through June scholarship (application due March 1st, applications reviewed at March Board of Directors meeting).
• July through September scholarship (application due June 1st, applications reviewed at June Board of Directors meeting).
• October through December scholarship (application due September 1st, applications reviewed at September Board of Directors meeting).

You will be notified of the Board's decision following the meeting.
